Pay Scale and salary: SCP7 - SCP11 (£24,294 - £25,979 per annum FTE)
Actual Salary: £11,058 - £11,825 per annum
Hours: 20 Hours per week. Term time only plus 2 days.
Contract: Permanent

Rodillian Academy is seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker to identify and build sound relationships with our students and families who most need additional support, in order to promote high expectations, raise aspirations and facilitate academic progress.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role with secondary school aged students. You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, have compassion and an understanding of the barriers young people face to learning.
