About the Role

The Family Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to families in need.
This will involve working closely with families to identify their needs and develop individualized support plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to families in need


• Develop individualized support plans


• Work closely with families to identify their needs


• Provide practical and emotional support to families


• Help families access relevant services and resources

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working with vulnerable families


• Excellent communication skills


• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach


• Ability to work effectively with families from diverse backgrounds


• Qualifications in social work, psychology or related field (desirable)

Pay Rate - £15.79ph

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with flexible working hours.
The successful candidate will be based in the community, working closely with families in their homes and other community settings.
