We are currently recruiting Part time and Bank Autism Support Workers to support an individual with autism and a learning disability just outside of Bath in RADSTOCK.
Role Description
We are committed to Equal opportunities. We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Autism Support Workers to work with an individual who has a learning disability, autism and mental health support needs.
The individual will be living on their own home so we are looking for Autism Support Workers who can provide 360 wrap around support that covers all aspects of their life. The individual will be living on her own so we are looking for Support Workers who can provide 2 to 1 support across 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

About The Role within the Company:
You will be part of a small team of dedicated Autism Support Workers and working alongside the Team Leader/facilitator and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner in providing excellent support to this individual who deserves the best support to enjoy a quality life.
You will have a willingness to undertake training on Positive Behaviour Support, Safeguarding Vulnerable adults, Autism, and person-centred planning, Total Communication and other specific training that will be provided. You will be line managed by the Team Leader/facilitator.

COVID-19 considerations:
All Support Workers must adhere to government guidelines about their injections.
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift – 08:00 to 20:00
- Required to work every other weekend
- Overtime
Licence/Certification:

- Refer a friend bonus is payable at
- £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their first shift.
- £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their probation period.
