Field Account Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Account Manager to join our thriving and well-established organisation. The role is a full-time position working Monday - Friday and offers a salary of £30,000 with OTE of £5k - 10k a year, but this is uncapped. The successful candidate will be required to cover the South West, covering South Midlands up to Birmingham, South Wales, Exeter and over to Luton and must have a full UK Driving Licence.
There are incentives to go above and beyond your target in conjunction with this salary and commission, you will have an android tablet and mobile telephone, laptop company car, pension and 25 days holiday per annum.
The primary objectives of the role are the retention of the client base, managing approx. 200 accounts to deliver the company standards alongside selling of new business to the smaller franchise client base. New acquisition objectives will be achieved by using all available insight, knowledge and relationship building to identify and acquire new business. Retaining and growing revenue with existing accounts will be achieved through regular interaction and engagement to build strong and lasting business relationships.
This role will be supported by all other departments in organisation to make sure we unlock all opportunities by presenting our business and products in the most professional, compelling and innovative way that demonstrates ROI for dealerships
Responsibilities:
- Retention of accounts
- Delivery of the contact strategy
- Providing support across the business to other teams (Sales, Customer service, Inspection, Mediation)
- Selling new business to the smaller franchise clients, working with the National Account Manager to identify and sell the company proposition to this cohort
- Presenting all companies products where a business need has been identified, upselling where possible
- Selling VI to new business

- Grow breadth and depth of the company products in new and existing accounts
