One of our leading clients are looking for a Field Ops Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel between 2 sites looking after the stock at 2 of their leading Data Centres. You will be responsible for maintaining and reordering parts that are used on both site as well as arranging the return of the parts back to a central stores location. The ideal candidate will need to be able to keep inventory on all stock on site and where exactly it has been used. You will also be required to help the site manager to keep rota and data about the engineer's access up to date and if they need to retake any inductions etc.
Prerequisites for the role:
- Very stores orientated
- Strong administration background
- Organised, approachable
- Stocking, Labelling, Documentation, Purchase Orders, Customer Service, Packing and Technical
- Must have own transport
