Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating communication with various stakeholders to ensure information exchange and knowledge retention.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases related to customers, products, and promotional activities.
- Developing and revising strategic plans and customer categorisations on an ongoing basis.
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in emerging market segments while devising penetration strategies.
- Contributing actively to the annual planning and budgeting process to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Representing the organization positively and advocating for its services whenever possible.
- Field based role, required to cover the North East region.
Key Skills & Experience
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Extensive experience in sales roles.
- Proven negotiation skills and proficiency in IT tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong teamwork and networking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
