The successful Field Service Managerwill lead a team of skilled Field Service Engineers. Guiding them towards successfully achieving all plans and Targets
The role will involve:
- Ensure that the Field Service Team are consistent in delivering a world class of service to our customers
- Confirm that all employees are striving towards the SLA and KPIs set
- Take responsibility for the development and provision of a high standard of customer communication
- Provide consistent and clear direction for the team, supporting them when required
- Promote teamwork by maintaining a positive attitude and supporting the concept of one company to our customers
To be successful in this role of Field Service Managerwe would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- DHF - Door & Hardware Federation
- ADSA or ADIA - Auto Door Suppliers Association
- BS7036 / BSEN16005:2012
- T Skills Inc: Microsoft Packages: Word, Excel, Outlook & CRM type systems.
- Management of Field Service
- Door industry Knowledge (Preferred)
