Finance Administrator
Flexible working options are currently in place whereby a minimum of 2 days per week are office based.
Recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator to support the Finance Operations team in a dynamic and friendly organisation. The role will be varied and requires a strong, experienced, highly organised Finance Administrator with experience working in a busy, control and customer service focused environment.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring, allocating and management of emails in finance inboxes
- Support to the Accounts Payable function including processing of Purchase Order (PO) Supplier invoices, credit notes
- PO monitoring and maintenance
- Withholding Tax entries
- Query management
- Support to the credit control process including credit note entries
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Capacity to proactively and constructively contribute to team tasks;
- Strong MS Office and MS Excel skills.
- At least 2 years relevant experience
