What you'll be doing:
Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing and invoice queries
Processing wages
Process month end accruals within the company's deadline.
Collate data from internal and external databases / contacts.
Utilise and maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases and Google Drive.
Actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems.
Assist with ongoing and ad hoc Projects including the mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts. Take service request calls from clients and arrange service booking.
Ensure work output is delivered accurately to agreed timescales
What are we looking for?
GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above.
Previous experience working within a responsible busy finance administrative role.
Microsoft Office and Google applications experience.
Organisational Skills are key to this role as you need to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines.
An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
