Hours: 08.30 - 17.00 Mon - Fri
Permanent, 40 hours a week
Responsibilities:
- Update paperwork and maintain organised filing systems
- Support for the manager and deputy with recruitment, Induction and updating employment/staff records
- Research purchase options for equipment and ensure adequate supplies of stationary
- Support with organising staff meetings, inset days, training and produce minutes in meetings
- Be primary point of contact for visitors so need great customer service skills
- Identify issues and discrepancies using quick books
- Process book-keeping / accounts and reconciliation of bank accounts and cards
- Produce timely reports to funders and external agencies
- Process the invoicing and payment of fees, keeping track of aged dept and working with parent to remit outstanding fees
