Job Title: Finance Administrator
Salary: £22,500 per annum
Location: Potters Bar
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm

COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client who specialise in the insurance industry. They are seeking a reliable, proactive Finance Administrator to join their team and assist in setting up new finance agreements.

SKILLS REQUIRED
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
-Ability to work independently and take initiative
-Eagerness to learn and adapt
-Positive attitude
-Strong client relationship-building skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Set up new financial agreements
-Coordinate payments for direct debit
-Handle incoming client calls and address their inquiries
-Process reports promptly and accurately
-Ensure precise application of adjustments and payments to client agreements
-Timely dispatch of relevant correspondence
-Manage arrears reports and pursue payment from clients after cancellations
-Perform general administrative tasks
