SalaryPage Personnel is supporting a central Southampton based business with their recruitment of a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy team on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent role for someone with a passion for numbers, strong admin background and looking to broaden their experience within the finance function. The role reports to the Finance Manager.

Our client is based in Southampton city centre with excellent public transport links. Due to winning new contracts, they are expanding their team! You will be expected to go to the office once a week.
Description
As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Data inputting financial information into the system
- Processing financial information on the system
- Financial calculations
- Dealing with queries
- Using Excel to generate reports
Profile
In order to the considered for the Finance Administrator, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be available to start at the end of May
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to multi task
- Be able to work with high volumes of data
