SalaryAre you detail-oriented, efficient, and have a knack for numbers? My clients fast-paced finance department is seeking a dedicated Finance Data Entry Clerk to support their financial operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering financial transactions into the database, maintaining the integrity of the financial records, and contributing to the efficiency of their financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate entry of financial data into company systems.
- Verification of financial information and documents for accuracy.
- Assisting with monthly financial reports and other accounting tasks as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial records.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry within a finance-related field is preferred.
This is a temporary position, for 3 months initially, with potential for perm for the right candidate!
Pay rate: £12.50p/h
