SalaryMorgan McKinley London are delighted to be partnering with a Tech start up business to recruit a Part Qualified Finance Analyst on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses,
- and cash flow projections.
- Analyse financial data, trends, and variances to identify areas of improvement and opportunity.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needsand provide analytical support for business initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliancewith regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts and reviewing transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
- Monitor and control expenses against budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
- collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
