Finance Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join a large multinational company based in Greenford.

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE WITHIN SHORT NOTICE – 1 WEEK MAX.

If you have experience of preparing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, this role will be perfect for you.

This role offers hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Overheads forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking and reporting processes
• Provide regular and ad hoc analysis on Overhead spends to key stakeholders
• Drive and provide financial support on all Overhead related projects
• Continually look for and challenge ways of reducing Overhead costs
• Work with the Tax and other finance teams to ensure Intrastat, tax and other relevant external financial reporting is timely and accurate
• Identify and drive opportunities to transfer further work to the Shared Service team
• Support the UK Finance Manager on financial audits, finance projects and other adhoc work on a need basis

Requirements:

• Minimum part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Ability to work with and analyse large amounts of data (including intermediate or advance Excel)
• Ability to communicate financial information to financial and non-financial people
• Ability to work with and challenge senior stakeholders
• A process driven and continuous improvement mindset
• SAP experience highly advantageous (or similar system)
• Similar role previous experience also advantageous
