This role reports into the to the Finance Manager of the internal & shareholder reporting team which are responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and forecast reporting as well as the improvement and automation of such reports. This is an exciting new opportunity as a result of technological developments in the business, with the majority of this role being focused on shareholder reporting of the monthly and forecasting building new reports and dashboards within Tableau and automating processes using Alteryx in order to gain efficiencies across the finance department. Part of this role will also involve training and supporting colleagues on how to use Alteryx and Tableau effectively.
Job Description
- Involved in sales reporting and month-end reporting to the shareholder; including but not limited to the collation of data from around the business.
- Ownership of KBI and MPS upload and reporting.
- Responsible for generation and reconciliation of budget files for shareholder reporting.
- Owner of month end system refreshes to ensure all GL postings are captured and reconciled.
- Occasionally supporting the other Senior Finance Analysts in the team with cover on BAU reporting.
Qualifications
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Able to transform raw data into meaningful data, using inherent visualisation tools.
- Willing to learn to use Alteryx for data extraction and manipulation.
- Ability to independently manage a project-based work schedule and drive timely outputs.
- Studying towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
