Description
- Prepare and maintain financial models for decision making
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
- Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary data for reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support internal audits as required
- Assist in the development of financial procedures to improve efficiency
- Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by management
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A CIMA/ACCA qualification
- Proficiency in financial modelling and variance analysis
- Strong understanding of financial trends within the professional services industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High level of proficiency in Excel and other financial software
