The role predominantly entails:
- Assisting in the day-to-day financial activities
- Delivering wide ranging services with a focus on data entry to month end close periods
- Management accounts
- VAT returns
- Department administration
- Liaising with and answering queries raised by internal staff or external clients
Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft excel skills and working with financial software/applications
- Accurate and strong attention to detail ability to deal effectively with financial documentation
- Actively working towards professional qualifications
- Team player and willing to work flexibly and assist colleagues as required
- Organised and able to prioritise/re-prioritise due to constantly changing circumstances
