Salaryiniva is seeking an experienced business professional with strategic financial acumen and Operations leadership. You will join iniva’s Artistic Director to co-lead our dynamic and hardworking creative team into the next phase of iniva’s development, following 30 years of radical arts practice. This is a permanent 4-day week Co-Director role starting in Autumn 2024.
As the organisation looks to the future and embarks on a major project which will shape its direction, this new role marks a new chapter for iniva and we are seeking a versatile Finance and business professional to join a new Co-Director leadership team, alongside the existing Artistic Director Sepake Angiama, to realise the next phase of our work. Central to this new leadership model is ensuring the future resilience and growth of iniva.
