Are you a finance professional seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a reputable company in King's Lynn on an 18-month contract, offering a competitive salary of £25-30k DOE.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing various aspects of the company's Amazon account, including charges, deductions, and reconciliations.
- Assisting the Assistant Accountant with month-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements in collaboration with the finance team.
- Generating and distributing reports to key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Providing cover for accounts receivable and accounts payable during absences.
- Participating in the implementation of a Microsoft ERP system.
We're looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to understand systems and generate reports.
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Capacity to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
- Available immediately or on short notice.
