Form of workWe are pleased to be working with a charity based in Bournemouth that are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous finance experience to continue developing in a supportive environment - offering up to £27,000 + flexible hybrid working.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee central purchasing functions
- Analyse monthly credit card invoices, ensuring receipt are received and reconciled to expenditure
- Ensure monthly stock checks are completed
- Complete counting and reconciliation of cash, cheques and card payments weekly
- Check spreadsheets and reconcile all income
- Reconcile the petty cash weekly
- Assist with posting purchase & sales invoices
What they're looking for:
- Someone with previous experience working within the finance function
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player
- Good IT skills including Excel
