A global tech giant has an exciting opportunity for a Finance assistant to join there Finance team. As part of a fast-paced environment they are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and experience within Accounting and finance.
The position is hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Offering excellent benefits including a yearly bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- General Administration for Finance team
- Generating and Issuing invoices
- Reconciling payments
- Arranging client payments and sending remittances
- Assisting with month end tasks
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Preparing weekly reports and preparation of various month-end journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaising with in house finance teams
- Assisting Finance Manager with any Ad-hoc tasks
Successful candidate will have:
- 2 years + Experience in accounting and Finance
- Excellent communications skills
- Highly organised to juggle multiple tasks
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Dynamic problem-solving skills
