Role Profile:
Cast UK are supporting a rapidly expanding business as they are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to be based in their office in Manchester. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various tasks related to financial management and administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Liaising with HMRC
- Payroll completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a finance-related role,
- Xero experience would be advantageous
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
