Description
- Handle all financial transactions including invoices, payments and budgets
- Maintain and update financial records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Support in financial audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Aid in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work well within a team
