We are therefore looking for people who can demonstrate an analytical mind, with good problem solving skills, and prior experience in an administrative accounting role. You will need to have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and be able to use Pivot Tables, vlookups etc as there is a lot of spreadsheet work involved). This is a varied role where you will gain excellent experience in a busy finance team, within a growing and dynamic organisation, with future opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and raise detailed and comprehensive monthly invoices.
- Raise third-party invoices.
- Produce purchase order requests for customers
- Resolve queries and issues as required, providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
- Reconciliation of employee expenses.
- Assist with general administration within the finance department, including email management.
- Previous experience of working in a busy accounting or finance team.
- Experience in account reconciliation work, management of ledgers.
- Relevant qualification (such as AAT) is desirable but not essential.
- Accurate and numerate with good problem-solving skills.
- Logical and methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Happy to work in a busy office environment and collaborate with a wider team.
- Own transport and driving license.
