Imperial Personnel are working in partnership with our client in Worksop and we are recruiting for a Finance Assistant on an 18 month temp contract.
This position is working in an accounts department to cover maternity leave. The first portion of the role is to cover Purchase Ledger, the second is to cover Sales Ledger.

Full time hours
Days TBC
Duties:
- Ensure accurate entry of invoices either manually or electronically
- Controlling foreign currency payment runs
- Produce weekly payment schedules for approval
- Book and buy foreign currency
- Assist with finance department
Requirements:
- Experience of high volume, multi currency purchase ledger
- Experience of Sales Ledger
- Ability to work in a small team
- Ability to work to deadline under pressure
- Keen to learn new skill sets

£11.44ph
