The Role:
Working independently, this role offers great variety:
- Producing sales invoices.
- Supplier invoices & payments.
- Invoice queries.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Cash allocation.
- CIS allocation.
- Payroll.
- VAT.
- Credit control.
- Providing reports to Directors.
The Person:
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Finance Assistant that has the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Comprehensive experience with QuickBooks.
- Excellent understanding of Excel and numeracy skills.
- Proven multi tasker.
- A great team player.
- Flexible and adaptable.
The salary available for this role is 30,000 - 34,000 plus benefits.
