The role of Finance Coordinator / Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator / Operations Finance Coordinator includes:-
Providing costings and updates for all contracts at renewal stage, to ensure financial viability
Analysing the finances of a contract, and understanding where increased need to be applied
Being aware of P&L, all pay costs, wages, staff levels, rotas, operational changes etc
Ensuring internal systems are updated accurately for site performance reviews
Ensuring all contract costings are complete, and appropriate uplifts are applied
Liaising with Senior Managers, Directors, and other departments to discuss new costings, amendments and potential issues
Producing department and contract stats
To be considered for the role of Finance Coordinator, you should have:-
Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment, to tight deadlines
Experience of working within a finance role, with excellent attention to detail
Part AAT qualified would be an advantage
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables etc
