Your new company Hays are working with a company in Central Milton Keynes who are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the team on a part-time basis initially for 6 months. Your new role This is a temporary position initially for 6 Months, 25 Hours per week based in Central Milton Keynes. You will provide regular financial reports to the operational management team, assist the Financial Controller with monitoring, maintaining and developing adequate financial controls and processes for both associations.Key Duties will include: Processing monthly payments onto sage Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger reconciliations Reconciling receipt accounts Bank Reconciliations Chasing up unpaid accounts What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate for the role will be available for an immediate start, have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role, have good written and verbal communication skills, a hands-on team player with excellent system skills including use of Sage.
