My client a highly successful retailer/supplier, are on the lookout for a new Financial Assistant to work directly with their Sales Director on a wide array of business needs. This position will see the successful candidate carrying out a selection of financial activities, new customer onboarding processes, product details/pricing, reporting, and customer/stakeholder management.
This is an urgent role and will be therefore offering quick interviews!
Responsibilities:
- Replying to enquiries Internal and external queries
- Monitoring and/or reporting processing activity
- Updating data in internal systems
- Act as a point of escalation for issues arising with reconciliations.
- Updating key stakeholders across the Business
- Being an integral part of the go to team for systems, process & automation change.
- Assisting the Sales Director or wider business needs when required
Requirements:
- Finance background in similar roles preferred
- Experience assisting and carrying out financial services
- Advanced Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Previous pricing experience (desirable)
