Page Personnel is supporting a growing business based in Central Southampton with their recruitment of a Finance Assistant - Sage 200/Sage 50 to join their accountancy team on a 6 week temporary basis. This is a full time role based out of the office 5 days per week.

Our client is a growing business who has gone through a really exciting period of change. They are based in Central Southampton close to the train station and other strong commuting links.

Description

As the Finance Assistant - Sage 200/Sage 50, you will be responsible for:

• Processing and raising daily invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with queries
• Chasing outstanding debt
• Supporting with VAT returns
• Any other adhoc duties

Profile

In order to be considered for the Finance Assistant - Sage 200/Sage 50, you must:

• Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
• Previously used Sage 200/Sage 50 - essential
• Be able to multi task
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have excellent communication skills
