My client based in Liverpool are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, which may lead to a permanent role.
Monday to Friday- (Apply online only) (Term time only)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Purchase Ledger
" Processing all purchase orders, invoices and credit card invoices
" Ensure all suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
" Deal with all purchase and ledger enquires
" Negotiate purchase ledger discounts for early payment as appropriate
" To prepare purchase payment run
Sales Ledger
" All finance administration tasks including all invoicing
" Raise invoices and credit notes
" All credit control procedures, including the production of regular reports and managing outstanding balances
" All other sales ledger enquires
The successful candidate for this role must have at least two year's experience working in a Finance Team, including experience of credit control and dealing with suppliers queries.
You will be required to go through a enhanced DBS check for this role.
