- Provide analysis and reporting to Europe-wide business units, supporting development initiatives.
- Contribute to management reports, offering informed recommendations aligned with business strategy.
- Engage in development programmes to enhance technical and competency requirements.
- Collaborate across business units, delivering key work streams and continuous learning.
- Travel to other UK sites as needed for project support.
Experience Required:
- Educated to Degree level in Finance, Accounting, Business or relevant discipline.
- Experience working in a finance function, with financial planning and project management expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and financial systems.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
