Finance Business Partner

Hays have partnered with this charitable organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to their team on a 12-month fixed term contract or permanent basis.
Your new role
As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial business support to the organisation\'s operational directors and work closely with projects to create an invested partnership.
Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Preparing annual budgets and forecasts within an agreed framework, ensuring that income and expenditure are tracked
• Building strong and effective relationships at all levels, providing the necessary assistance and professional advice to each stakeholder
• Developing and to appraise investment options and tender opportunities, supporting the development of the financial aspects

What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful in the position, you will:

• Be a qualified by experience, part qualified or qualified Accountant e.g. CIMA, ACCA or ACA
• Have proven experience of preparing budgets, producing management reports and analysis to senior managers
• Have proven Finance Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced environment, involving dealing with senior level of management
• Have strong commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to make decisions and recommendations based on a positive financial outcome
• Be an excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally
