The Finance Business Partner role works closely with budget holders across the Charity to produce annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts, alongside monthly analysis of actual performance against budget. The role also works closely with senior managers to analyse and improve performance, review business cases and deal with financial queries as they arise.

The key responsibilities of the financial Business Partner will be:
Support financial planning and forecasting processes.Provide financial analysis to support decision making.
Work closely with other departments to ensure financial objectives align with organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in budget preparation and monitoring.
Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and cost reduction.
Contribute to the development of financial strategies and initiatives.
Profile
The successful financial Business Partner will be:
- AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA/CIMA part qualified, or clearly part qualified by experience.
- Strong numeracy skills and an ability to understand, analyse and manipulate complex information and data.
- Strong excel and word skills
- Business partnering, budgeting, re-forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Preparation of financial reports for budget holders.
- Experience of market leading finance system(s), e.g. SAP.
- Assessing the financial viability of business plans/projects.
