SalaryThe main purpose of the role is to provide value adding and fit for purpose Business Partnering, delivering complaint and robust functional financial planning, analysis, support, and reporting, to deliver the overall financial strategy and functional goals and objectives.
The role:-
- Working as a member of the Finance team and with Functional leaders, providing financial subject matter expertise to deliver robust functional commercial and financial performance
- Owning and delivering functional financial forecasting, planning, tracking and insight, ensuring that commercial and financial benefits and performance are realised, aligned to functional goals and objectives
- Adhering to all financial regulatory and legislative standards, expectations, and controls
- Providing robust analytical and financial decision support and expertise to projects and initiatives
- Developing and maintaining positive and effective stakeholder relationships, adding value to the function/ business in the short, medium, and long term
The candidate:-
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial finance experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
- Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to gather, analyse and present data and information to range of people
- Ability to influence and strategically partner
