I am recruiting a fantastic immediate start Finance Business Partner for a business in Lincoln. This is an immediate start role suitable for someone with experience preparing month end accounts and dealing with budget holders.

Description

The Finance Business Partner's duties will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts.
• Developing financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Managing financial audits and coordinating with external auditors.
• Complying with all financial regulations and standards.
• Advising on strategic planning and business growth.
• Coordinating with the Accounting & Finance department to streamline processes.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should:

• Have a strong background in Accounting or Finance.
• Be a part-qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent is preferred.
• Have experience working with restricted funding is highly desirable
• Have strong analytical skills with a detailed understanding of financial reporting.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
• Have experience with accounting software and MS Office.
