Finance Business Partner

This position is for a diligent and results-oriented Finance Business Partner in the Not for Profit sector. The role is based in Lincoln, requires a high level of financial acumen, and offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated Accounting and Finance team.

Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies for the business unit.
• Coordinate with the team to prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyse financial data and create reports for decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure financial understanding and compliance.
• Provide financial expertise to the Accounting & Finance team.
• Support the financial planning and analysis functions across the business.
• Participate in strategic projects and contribute to team objectives.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Finance and Accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to its success.
