Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading Lincolnshire manufacturer to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work as part of a team providing commercial analysis and helping to drive profitability in the business, working closely with senior management, finance, sales and commercial teams as well as external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities around profit & loss and balance sheet margins, costs and inventory, fixed assets, bills of materials, costings, supply chain, cost and efficiency savings, SOX, capex, budgeting and forecasting, GAAP, KPI\'s, profitability, process improvement, reporting.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced qualified ACMA / ACCA / ACA commercial finance professional with recent and proven Business Partnering and commercial accounting experience gained in manufacturing. You will have exposure to costing, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, analysis, capex, fixed assets, SOX. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong ERP and Excel skills. You will be living within commutable distance of Lincoln as the role is hybrid working.
