Our client are a dynamic and ambitious company based in Manchester and we're seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our business objectives by providing strategic financial insights and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do:
- Partner with business leaders across various departments to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure adherence to accounting policies and best practices.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar Finance Business Partner role.
- A qualified ACA or CIMA accountant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and concise communication.
- Excellent financial modelling and forecasting abilities.
- Experience with financial reporting packages
- A collaborative and results-oriented approach with a passion for partnering with business leaders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization.

- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
