Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing business based in Cheshire to recruit for a Finance Business Partner on an interim basis.
Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Conduct thorough balance sheet analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Perform detailed cost analysis to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Drive profitability initiatives throughout the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Optimise financial performance through strategic financial planning and analysis.

About you
ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified Accountant.
Proven experience in operational support within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing finance teams.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across various functions.
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results.
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
