Are you a seasoned Finance Director looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a finance function within a dynamic and rapidly expanding company? Our client, a prominent design group, is seeking a talented Director of Finance to drive strategic growth and transformation as they expand internationally.

In this role, you'll have the chance to shape and own the finance function for a respected brand, playing a pivotal role in driving change and providing strategic insights as part of the leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead a team of finance professionals, overseeing all financial and management reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
?? Financial Operations: Lead day-to-day finance activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions while providing guidance and support to the finance team.
?? Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating financial information clearly and representing the finance function in key discussions.
?? Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term financial strategies, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
?? Management Reporting: Direct budgeting and forecasting activities, analyse financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements.
?? Financial Reporting: Oversee statutory accounting activities, manage the annual audit process, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and maintain a robust internal control environment.
Qualifications:
�? Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
?? Proven experience in a senior finance role within a listed company.
?? Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant regulations.
?? Extensive experience in financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
