The Company
Seymour John are recruiting for a Finance Director for a growing, ambitious business based in Wolverhampton. The role will work closely with the CEO to deliver strategy and growth plans.
The Role
- Support, and challenge the CEO, to prepare and execute the growth strategy and value creation, including evaluation of new markets and business opportunities.
- Provide strategic financial leadership, driving sound commercial decisions that enhance value.
- Provide financial leadership and support to Senior Managers to review and improve operating performance and growth.
- Support and develop a strong Finance team, integrating the finance functions of acquired businesses.
- Support all tenders and pricing activities, for complex deal structures
- Any future responsibilities concerning funding
- All finance activities related to M&A and due diligence exercises
Personal Profile
- Fully Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, ACMA with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- Experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader in an SME business
- Cares about people, and culture as a core element of company strategy with a values-based approach
- Working closely with the leadership team to deliver strategy
- Strong customer focus
