Finance Director

A part-time role for a senior finance professional within the Royal Anniversary Trust, a prestigious education charity which supports and champions the work of higher and further education institutions within the UK and the wider world. The Finance Director will be responsible for all financial operations, processes and procedures for the Royal Anniversary Trust and Anniversary Trading Ltd. They will also provide secretariat services in relation to the Trustee Board. The Financial Director will report to the CEO and will be part of a small executive team who together will uphold and expand the work of the Trust which includes existing programmes such as The Queen's Anniversary Prizes - part of the national honours system and the highest award for tertiary education in the UK - and the Royal Challenge - a biennial programme which brings together the academic sector and government departments in addressing societal challenges. The successful candidate will be required to act as an ambassador for the Trust and must be able to maintain sensitive external stakeholder relationships at very senior levels.
