Finance Director

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Sutton Coldfield based manufacturing company who are looking for a Finance Director on a permanent basis.
My client isn't looking for someone who locks themselves away in their office, simply churning out reports. For this role, they are looking for a Finance Director who will act as a true business partner to the wider SMT and operational teams, ensuring finance plays an integral part in the growth plans for the company.
You will have a finance team reporting into you and you will be responsible for the following amongst other things:
Working with fellow directors on setting KPIs and developing reports to manage the business
Budgeting and forecasting
Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
Dealing with tax matters
Internal and external audit liaison
My client is looking for a strong leader for this role.
To be considered, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), have experience in a manufacturing setting and will have acted at Finance Director level already.
