SalarySF Executive have been retained by a fast-growing SAAS business who have just received significant external investment and are looking to recruit their first Finance Director.
Based in central Glasgow, you will very much be the right hand to the CEO and Founder of the business. This means supporting the Board with new strategic initiatives around customer growth and pricing models but also taking a hands-on approach to financial and management reporting.
As well as managing internal stakeholders you'll also, in the fullness of time, face off to the incoming PE investors so ideally you will have experienced life at FC / FD level in an SME tech related business.
This is very much a role for someone wanting their first Finance Director position. We are not looking for heavily experienced Finance Directors who are seeking a change of scene, much more Financial Controller level individuals that are looking for their next step into a more dynamic business.
The successful candidate can be assured of working with a highly capable but fun-loving management team and wider business - we need humility and capability in equal measures.
