SalaryAn Interim Director of Finance role has arisen with a reputable and forward thinking Housing Association in the central belt. Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Senior Management team, you'd be responsible for Finance, Internal Audit, Organisational Development, and Governance.
This is an interim role which is likely to be for a minimum 3 months. Housing Association experience is non negotiable for this interim.Duties are likely to include:
- Providing support to the CEO as required
- Oversee and support current Head of Finance
- Treasury management including long term project funding
- Ensure annual accounts are prepared to a high standard
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services
- Ensure correct insurances are in place
- Attend all Board & Audit meetings
Who we are looking for:
- A qualified accountant with experience of HOUSING IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
- You should be able to demonstrate the ability to challenge and manage growth
- You should have experience managing financial risk
- You should have strong commercial acumen
