Finance Manager - VC backed FinTech Payments 

6 Month FTC 

£70-75K

Central London Based (Hybrid)

Talentedge are working with a growing VC backed FinTech payments business, that are in need of an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a 6-month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the wider finance function within the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FCA regulatory requirements.
• Oversee AP/AR function
• Owning the month-end proccess 
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and align with business strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and regulators.

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 2+ years PQE.
• Previous experience working in a FinTech/FCA regulated environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Excel skills
