Main Responsibilities
Manage and execute various accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, maintaining accurate and timely financial records.Oversee and manage the end-to-end management accounting process.Lead and manage a finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven working environment.Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.Monitor and evaluate internal controls to safeguard company assets.Stay abreast of industry trends and changes to inform financial strategies.
Required
Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).Proven experience in a Finance Manager role within a manufacturing settingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
