As Finance Manager you will be the financial backbone of a small, ambitious team. You'll handle all aspects of accounting, from:

• Mastering monthly tasks: Prepare accurate profit and loss, cash flow forecasts, and balance sheets using your Sage 50 and soon to migrate to Xero expertise.
• Keeping us compliant: Maintain meticulous records, ensuring we meet all tax and regulatory requirements.
• Building a financial bridge: Partner with other team members to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Staying ahead of the curve: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial health.

We would love to speak to people about this Finance Manager opportunity who have the following experience:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA part qualified accountant.
• Knowledge and proven experience using Sage 50 and XERO.
• Have worked as a financial controller, finance director, accounting manager or chief financial officer.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous record keeper with an eye for detail.
